A fun post for chia pudding!

A fun post for chia pudding! Which is a great way to get omega-3s, minerals, and antioxidants.

It’s nourishing support for your mind, mood, digestion, and skin.

Plus, it can help with cholesterol balance and feeling full. A little goes a long way.

Make sure to drink plenty of water with chia so that the soluble fiber can soak it up and do its job.

You can use any milk you want. I used plant-based Uber milk for the first time (it’s all that was left!) and it tuned out great.

Serve and eat with love.
