Call out the big elephant in the room
Call out the big elephant in the room. Hint: it’s not always COVID-19
.
If you’re feeling stressed or triggered, take a step back so you can see the forrest and not get lost in the trees.
.
Be curious about your own reactions and lift the layers (gently) to see what the true worry is
.
There could be a need to step more fully into trust in the universe / God / spirit that you are whole as is and will be taken care of
.
That’s a *lot* of trust
.
Everyday remind yourself to breathe into that.
.
Relationships of all types also tend to be challenged in this time
.
The challenges are also asking us to dig deeper to get to know ourselves more fully
.
Are we afraid of criticism? Of being judged? Of being blamed?
.
Do we do that to ourselves?
.
And are there ways that we might be that way to a loved one?
.
How about to strangers?
.
We are being asked as a collective to be introspective
.
To embrace to love
.
To expose the shadow parts of ourselves to our own light (love)
.
And in doing so to transform.
.
It’s exhausting to ignore the elephant. Have courage to call it out. And be gentle.
.
