Immune-Boosting Foods

Delicious immune boosting foods packed with Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and other antioxidants, B vitamins, minerals, Vit D in mushrooms, probiotics in kefir, omega-3s in chia, and more!

Here are some combos to inspire healthy-eating and a healthy you:

-Spinach and berry salad with a sprinkle of chia seeds

-Chia seed pudding with kefir and berries

-Golden milk tea with ginger, turmeric (fresh or dried) and honey, simmered in milk of choice

-Garlic, lemon, olive oil dressing with kale salad and shredded carrots

-Carrot and kale soup with ginger and turmeric

-Shiitake and kale or spinach in a miso broth, or quick sauté with garlic

-Juiced carrot x5, turmeric 1-inch, ginger 1/2-inch, with honey
