Loving yourself is so key to a healthy relationship

Any kind of relationship not just the romantic kind
.
It could be a partner, sibling, parent, child or friend
.
When you love yourself, you can identify your feelings
.
Because you’re not constantly judging them
.
When you understand your own feelings, you can communicate more effectively without trying to cast or take blame
.
Then you’re in a better position to be understanding of the other person
.
You create a safe nest of love to allow yourself your loved one to experience and grow
.
In loving yourself, it’s a win-win
.
It takes a conscious awareness to start to shift
.
So bring that loving presence to yourself to create momentum
.
The above are common examples to get you started (been through these and pretty sure I’ve said them too at some point to someone, ahem)
