This is old photo of my Lola, my grandmother, taken many years ago.
.
It’s been over a decade since she crossed over.
.
But I still talk to her almost everyday.
.
Even though she is no longer in physical form, I still feel connected to her.
.
This is something I encourage anytime someone you love has passed.
.
Be open to communicating with them.
.
It may seem difficult at first.
.
But your loved one is OK and still loves you.
.
Sometimes you may get a sign in your dream
.
If you think of your loved one, they are thinking of you too.
.
The connection is automatic, it’s a matter of opening up to be aware of it.
.
Sometimes, there are things you want to say that were unsaid while they were living.
.
Go ahead and tell them and they will hear you.
.
Trust in this and it will help you heal and soothe your grief.
.
.
These are things that I’ve learned through life and also from my friend and mystic Maudy Fowler. .
She delivers beautiful and loving angel messages.
.
Maudy will be visiting our practice on Saturday, February 15th at 1pm. If you’d like to join, please see the Events page at allworldshealth.com/events

So much love,
