When I start to see trends in my practice, I like to share them with you because I know that many other people are feeling the same way. . What I’m noticing is a big energetic heart shield and feelings of grief in mane people, whether or not they are conscious of it. . I’m talking about grief in an expanded sense... whether missing loved ones that have crossed over, or missing your old way of life, being able to do things... . And all of these feelings are going to be emphasized by 2020 . There can be grief from years ago that’s not yet fully processed . Grief can have a huge physical impact . From reading a WebMD article, I saw how grief can increase blood pressure and make you more at risk for clots. . The heart is literally aching . The breath also tends to be less free . With more tense chest breathing than relaxed abdominal breathing . You can approach any grief you have gently . Using the breath to help you process . And it’s so important to incorporate self-acceptance . Embracing and accepting how you feel . Because we are having a human experience here . So no matter how enlightened you feel . There will always be those human emotions . Accepting them is the place to start . So they can process and heal . And talk to a loved one . Sharing and talking can be so supportive . Go for a walk, get out in nature . Make sure to get enough sleep and eat nourishing foods . Bring more art and music into your life . If you need help, have courage to get help for yourself . It’s not a sign of weakness to get help . It’s not a sign of weakness to have uncomfortable emotions . Have courage . It can be so hard sometimes . And that’s OK too . There’s no judgment with how you process grief . Love yourself enough to take the steps to do so. . You can do it! . I’m here for you if you need me. .
