Each day I reflect on the themes that are brought up

Each day I reflect on the themes that are brought up.
.
When things are tough, it’s easy to feel like you’re a broken puzzle, needing to pick up the pieces and be put back together
.
Little things might be a trigger like technology not working how we want it to (that was me yesterday)
.
Or bigger things like not feeling part of a tribe (I remember that feeling)
.
We feel all over the place and think that if we could just get all the pieces back together again, everything would be ok
.
Sometimes we have to take a step back
.
It’s hard to see ourselves when we are lost in the details
.
What if we let go of trying to gather up all the puzzle pieces,
.
And step back to see the big canvas of our lives,
.
The forest for the trees.
.
Perhaps what at first feels awkward or out of place may actually be beautiful —
.
Like a Picasso.
.
Let go of the puzzle pieces.
.
You are beautiful as you are.
.
And once you see that,
.
You’ll realize your limitless potential to create.
.
Every child’s an artist,
.
And that child is still in you.
.
Let her free!
.
With love,
Dr. Dijamco
