Ripples of emotion can bubble up sometimes unexpectedly

Hug a tree, a rock, or in this case a giant crystal.

Nature will help teach you how to settle and return to balance.

The earth will literally help ground the electrical charge that often builds up with emotions.

>>Let yourself exhale more completely and slowly

This helps calm the nervous system

Take an occasional sigh which is a kind of natural release breath

Your body, your mind, and whole being will thank you
