Today’s there’s been a bit of confusion. Maybe it’s mercury retrograde.
.
Maybe it’s because it’s a holiday and we need to take a break to rest.
.
Computers might go wonky. Schedules rearrange. Conversations may be misunderstood.
.
If you’ve felt this too, it’s OK.
.
Take this time to pause and reflect.
.
Create some quiet in your busy life for your soul to relish.
.
It can take a bit to wind down.
.
Sometimes I’ll take a few minutes on my own, wherever I can get it (in the car, in the bathroom, in my room) to let myself feel whatever I’m feeling.
.
To breathe.
.
It’s in the acknowledgement of the moment (even if one of confusion) that things can settle and shift.
.
I used to love to be busy all the time
.
because I didn’t know what to do with myself when I wasn’t busy.
.
Now, I welcome the opportunity. And I do my best to listen when life directs me to slow down.
.
So, here I am lounging and reading and appreciating every moment of it.
.
Because I’m worth it.
.
You’re worth it.
.
Creating calm in confusion so that the ripples of life can settle.
.
.
Hugs and love,
Dr. Dijamco

.
P.S. - I’m reading my friend and holistic therapist’s third book “Awakening.” Book review later

Have you ever been in a situation when you were upset and the other person said, “What? What did I say?” Or vice versa?
