Can you name that emotion?

Can you name that emotion?
.
At any moment, can you name how you feel?
.
With truth and honesty?
.
There are likely layers to it
.
And that’s OK
.
You can even have contrasting emotions
.
That’s ok too
.
Your emotions don’t make you good or bad
.
You can decide what to do with your emotions
.
You can even create emotions from within
.
But first you have to acknowledge how you are feeling in this very moment
.
That way there’s authenticity to your experience
.
As soon as you name how you’re feeling
.
You start to process the emotion
.
The intensity can start to diffuse
.
You give yourself room to make choices
.
After all, all emotions are transient
.
Unless we perpetuate them
.
That can be a feel-good thing for elevated emotions
.
Your emotions can also be a magnet in your life
.
So bring awareness to them
.
And start living consciously
.
Instead of drifting around or even feeling pushed around by life
.
You can get in your flow
.
And consciously create
.
Remember the posts on the heart shield?
.
Being mindful of how you feel can start to soften and lift the heaviness of a heart shield.
.
If you have a hard time naming your emotions, then start by choosing to be curious.
.
That will open up some wiggle room in the stuckness.
.
With gentle and consistent practice, this exercise can create extraordinary results
.
If you need help, go get it.
.
Have courage to take these steps.
.
And be the love
.
