Dragon breath kids meditation video — What's it for?

Dragon breath is a kind of release breath. Release breaths are great for releasing pent-up emotions like nervousness or worry. This kind of breath focuses on a long exhale which helps to calm down the nervous system.

Need to unwind? You and your child could do this together at the end of a tough day.  It's also a great breathing meditation for kids to calm down nervous jitters, such as those before a competition or test.  Think of doing Dragons Breath Kids Meditation every now and then to release bunched-up emotions.
