I was sitting in the living room curled up in a ball. I was in fourth grade. There wasn't anything apparent that was happening but I was hyperventilating.
π³ That's what we used to call panic attacks back then. My parents didn't know what to do.
They called my teacher. There was some minor confusion over an assignment.
I don't even remember what I was upset about. But I can still remember this overwhelming feeling that I didn't know what to do!
π€ And now we're in a world where it's so easy to NOT know what to do, whether dealing with big or little things.
Thinking of the unknown can easily throw people into anxiety or panic.
How do you stay sane in a world that seems crazy?
It can be hard at any age.
What are you doing to help navigate stress and anxiety for you and your kids?
I've been getting that question a lot recently.
So, I've decided to dedicate this special live podcast to just that.
I'll be talking about what I do and what could help from a MultiDimensional perspective β body, mind, and spirit.
π To watch, go to my channel on YouTube (search for Arlene Dijamco MD or see link in profile), ask questions in the comments, or view the recording later. (If you check out the link ahead of time, you can set a reminder for yourself.) It starts at 4pm EST.
