Itโ€™s 9/11. A day many of us will never forget.

Itโ€™s 9/11. A day many of us will never forget. 18 years ago. I was still in my last year of medical school and remember turning the TV on and watching horrific events unfold live. Friends and family in NY were scattered. The phone lines were down. Airports were closed. ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ
.
Understandably, it still stirs up emotions. This morning I decided to start EFT Tapping on it. It never ceases to amaze me that a sense of calm can settle in moments.
.
This is why Iโ€™m so eager to share with you.
.
I would love it if more people could learn to flow with the ups and downs of life (no matter how rough) and still return to a calm center.
.
There is hope. Healing is possible. .
.

Hereโ€™s a photo of me and friendsย @bc4323ย on our medical school graduation day. Just before I got married.
.
So much love to you,
Dr. Dijamco
