These are quick exercises to improve lymph drainage which helps your immune system function.

They are demonstrated by my special guest the amazing internationally-renowned NYC osteopath Dr. Lilia Gorodinsky.

Here’s the run-down:

1. Shoulder rolls with trapezius muscle release to open thoracic inlet, which will improve lymphatic drainage which can boost immune system function.

2. Neck Muscle energy using ocular gyral reflex to release neck tension

3. Scalene Muscle energy using ocular gyral reflex to release neck tension

4. Abdominal breathing to reduce tension in diaphragm which will help improve lymphatic drainage

5. Diaphragm direct muscle release to reduce tension in diaphragm which will help improve lymphatic drainage

6. Jangle first self lymphatic drainage
