To help Wake Up Medicine

To bring holistic and integrative healthcare to the mainstream

It’s not meant to be on the outskirts
.
Too many people can benefit
.
It’s not about an either/or approach but using the best is what’s available tailored for each person

I argued with this calling for a bit
.
It sounded like too much work
.
Why put myself out there? I have such a comfortable life .
But when you hear the call of your dreams, that’s the direction to go
.
A part of me would feel incomplete if I didn’t start
.
One step at a time
.
Regardless if I’m a private, quiet person .
It’s worth it
.
Because it brings me joy and happiness to share my knowledge and experiences
.
So another person can benefit .
That is the greatest honor
.
And I’m following my own advice to not let your fears get in the way of your dreams
