You never know what treasures you’ll find in an underpass! #tinydoorsatl .
Feeling stuck? Unsure? Sometimes all you need is a tiny door to your thinking.
.
If you find yourself in a predicament, your thoughts can be circling around, “What do I do? What do I do?”
.
Hey, it’s life, there’s bound to be times that catch you off guard and you might feel there’s no way out.
.
If you imagine a tiny door (or big door) in your thoughts, that door represents the unknown.
.
It’s a way you haven’t thought of before.
.
Yeah, that can be terrifying.
.
But as Einstein said, you can’t solve your problems with the same thinking that got you in them.
.
If it worked for Albert, then why not?
.
It can help to add a curiosity to it like, “I wonder what’s behind that tiny door in my mind.”
.
Then, have some patience. Let thoughts float in and out this door without judgement.
.
This is the wiggle room that allows for creativity, not just for art but for problem-solving.
.
By allowing this flow of thought through the door in your mind, you give mind space and permission to breathe.
.
That breathing room takes the pressure off and allows for new thinking!
.
So when you see doors (any size) in your life, let that be a gentle reminder for you to open a door in your mindset so new thoughts can flow through. .
Much love,
Dr. Dijamco
