Our bodies are built to go towards balance.

It’s reflexive.
.
You don’t have to think about it.
.
It’s more about allowing it
.
To flow in a natural way without the mind trying to control everything
.
Without barreling through our lives
.
But accepting ourselves as is
.
That doesn’t mean you can’t change
.
But it’s only from the present moment that you can create a shift
.
Sometimes that present moment feels like so much
.
That you can tremble or feel shaky from the experience
.
Which is a way for your body to process the intensity
.
Maybe you recognize your emotions or tune them out.
.
See if you can name how you are feeling, while keeping your breath moving.
.
If you do feel like shaking, see if you can let yourself
.
Without any sort of tug-of-war
.
If you try to stop what your body is naturally trying to do, more tension and pressure builds up.
.
But your body is a part of nature and nature knows how to balance if you let it.
.
In understanding this, you can start to let your body soften,
.
Releasing that holding-on feeling
.
Returning to flow.
.
